For all these steps, make sure that you wash your hair thoroughly and rinse completely. Also, some of these chemicals are strong. You can use Vaseline around to scalp to prevent any of the soap running onto your skin. Finally, use a freshly washed towel, but preferably an old one in case there is staining.

Grab the original Nexxus Aloe Rid and wash your hair. Rinse well and towel dry with that towel we just mentioned.
Next, you need to make a paste the consistency of a Slurpee. You will need a large bowel, Arm and Hammer and warm water. Combine these in the bowl and mix. You can add water to get the consistency you need. You don’t want it clumpy. Massage in your hair. Set a timer for 5-7 minutes. Choose your time based on the size of your drug consumption. Rinse and towel dry.
Saturate your entire head with Clean and Clear Astringent. Make sure you saturate your hair thoroughly. Massage into your head for 5-7 minutes. This step can be drippy, so have the towel ready. Let it sit for 30 minutes. NOTE: this is the strongest chemical, so use the Vaseline mentioned above. You can also use a shower cap to cover your head so you can get other things done while you wait.
After 30 minutes Clean and Clear, take a small dab of Liquid Tide, about the size of a quarter. Scrub your hair follicles/scalp for 3 to 7 minutes. Tide is a little gritty, so you should feel it rubbing against your hair and head. The goal is not to make it sudsy. Keep it focused on your scalp. Now rinse your hair. This may take a few minutes, depending on your hair length.
Repeat step 1 with the Nexxus Aloe Rid. Remember to rinse well and towel dry.
Grab the vinegar. Again saturate your head, a spray bottle may be helpful here. Massage into your head. You want to saturate your entire head and massage in completely. This step is also drippy, keep the towel handy. Do not rinse, justpat dry. Wipe forehead and ears if necessary.
Repeat step 3 with the Clean and Clear Astringent. Cover your entire head and massage in. This combination of chemicals will make your head feel really tingly. Caution: do not get this into your ears or eyes. Have that towel handy. Sit for 30 minutes. On this step, a shower cap can help.
Repeat step 4. Rub in the Tide, making sure you feel the abrasion. Massage for 3-7 minutes, focusing on your scalp and hair follicles. Rinse off thoroughly.
The last step. Wash your hair with Nexxus Aloe Rid. This will help to remove excess chemical markers, and you won’t smell like your laundry.
